I did Customer Service and Tech Support for Real Networks. I worked with customers on their account problems, and did some tech support helping them download and install programs. The job was fun and lasted approximately one year before they down-sized and I was laid off.

Aurora Music Center

Aug. 1996 - Feb. 1999

I managed a local retail music store, purchased products, and ran the day-to-day business activities.
I also taught music students there. This was a fantastic job, but unfortunately the owner passed away,
the business was liquidated/terminated and I was laid off.

Edmonds Community College

Sept. 1995 - June 1996

I worked for two different departments at the college - the music dept. and the tutorial dept. Basically I ran the MIDI electronic music dept. at night, and taught college music majors during the day. I worked with hundreds of students in music theory, and related material.
